At first glance, Dufftown feels familiar. A small Highland town, steady and well-known for its whisky.
But look a little closer, and another layer begins to emerge.
This walk explores the stories that sit just beneath the surface. Tales of witches, old beliefs, and lives shaped by fate and circumstance. Some are recorded, some are remembered, and some have shifted into folklore over time. A chance to see the town differently, and to step into the stories that shaped it.
